Recipients: Isaac Hull Platt of Wallingford, Pennsylvania and F.C. Hunt of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Letters are all on letterhead of the Bacon Society and largely concern Francis Bacon, the Shakespeare-Bacon authorship question, and articles in Baconiana. With (1), a note in an unidentified hand: "All right - Hopeful. Smedley seems with us - [H?]."
